Why I Started Blogging
Wow! I never thought I would be blogging. Just a little over a year ago I asked, "What's a blog?" What I want to share is what I know and have been doing for over seventeen years. Helping my patients avoid dangerous drugs and needless risky surgeries. Those are the two primary reasons I'm starting these blogs. To share this information with you. Yes, I help some of my patients lose weight, get fitter and healthier too. But....most people will not do what it takes. Most people want things fast and easy. Who wants to stop going to ALL YOU CAN STUFF YOUR FACE BUFFETS and pig out? Who wants to take time away from hanging out at the bar with friends and go to the gym? Well I know there's a lot of you that do want to get healthier and lose weight and prevent a lot of diseases, dangerous drugs and needless surgeries. That's why I decided to start these blogs.
There are basically 10 common causes of pain and disease. Number one on my list is TRAUMA. This could be from a car accident to a slip and fall or from a sports injury. You get an MRI and the doctor says you have a tear and you need surgery. What you don't know is that unless it is a complete tear you just need the proper therapy and some time. Don't get so impatient. These types of injuries can take months to heal. My shoulder injury took me 13 months to completely heal. No surgery, no scar tissue, no dangerous prescription drugs, no risks or complications from surgery. Another injury to my knee took all of two months once I started using magnets. I wished I had known about the magnets for my shoulder injury. So be patient patient and get the right therapist, chiropractor, home therapy and free yourself of worrying.
